Who we are

We began as a commercial offset printer in San Diego in 1982. We recently acquired a Kodak Nexpress 2100 Plus digital production press now that the technology is capable of producing printed pieces that rival the quality and even surpass the turnaround time of our traditional offset presses. Full Color Printing Company is our digital 'wing'.

What we do

We print almost anything from business cards to photo albums. Glossy or matte. Thick or thin. Long or short runs. We are now capable of printing magnets and puzzles, and our in-house bindery can bind books and round corners with ease. Having everything in-house helps your orders fly out the door.

How we do it

In order to keep our prices low, we have become extremely efficient up and down the production line. We take advantage of technology as it becomes available and our workflow has become almost completely automated. However, as a result, we are not able to provide phone support.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

If I order something, are you going to put 'Printed by a Full Color Printing Company' on it?
No, not unless you want us to. Unlike some printers, we do not 'advertise' on products you pay for.

What's the catch?
There is no catch. There are no up-charges or hidden fees. We are so good at what we do, we can offer great products at great prices.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will normally be printed and shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS Ground from San Diego, CA.

Where are my cards printed and shipped from?
Unlike many large, online, discount printing companies, Full Color Printing Company is owned and operated in the USA using American-made machinery. All of our business cards, from our most standard cards to our beautiful, full-color magnetic business cards, are printed by the sea in San Diego, California. We are also very proud to be a “green” company as we print our cards on an environmentally-safe press that produces no hazardous waste.

What is the Return Policy?
Because you submitted and approved your artwork online, we are not able to issue refunds. However, if an item arrives damaged, simply return the damaged product to us within 10 days and we will reprint it.

What is your Privacy Policy?
The only data we store is your approved artwork. We do not collect any information from it and therefore do not sell or distribute your information to anyone.

How long do you save my job?
Due to the high volume, jobs are only saved for 30 days and then deleted. If you need to reorder something after that, you will need to redesign or resubmit your artwork.

Who owns the copyright to any artwork I create online?
Unless you upload your own artwork, the template images you select may only be used on products ordered from us. You do not own or acquire any copyrights to them and they may not be used on any other products or services that you sell.

Full Color Printing Company prides itself in being conscientious of the environment. Our equipment does not use toxic inks that require disposal by special chemical waste companies. All of our business cards, from the most basic card to our beautiful magnetic cards, are printed on our Kodak Nexpress digital production press. The Kodak Nexpress does not use chemical-based inks.
